It's most probably that your AV thinks that it is from unkown source, so you can disable Av to use MyC CSGO installation or you can use .zip archive that i just uploaded for you, you can still check the source and add some video.txt settings and launch options to improve your performance.

Just copy paste then in to your CSGO folder, but save your custom configurations if you have some.!

NOTE: CSGO have a 33% performance decrease since it's release day, because of updates and poor optimizations.
