Typical Rules and "how it works"
1. Assemble in mumble, in the "queue" channel
2. We figure out which server
3. We get 18 in-server
4. Everyone gets a point
5. Leader says "last to spec" and the last two are captains
6. Captains med melee fight for first pick.
7. Winner can take first pick, or give up first pick.
8. Picks go 1-2-2-2-2-2-etc.
9. Teams get on teams and in mumble channels and decide classes
10. Games, fun.
