why did people stop playing the servers :(

Yeah, there's usually activity every afternoon. At least on the normal server. The arena server isn't quite as popular, but it does get played on.

Do people play on the TF2 servers? :D

Nobody plays on the server anymore (cause i took it down, ha-ha), and me and Matte don't even play Garrysmod anymore. So yeah, it's kinda dead.

I've made a couple of TF2 servers in the Matte's Mod name though if people want me to post the IPs.
