We need to make a change, Keys are just too much (TF2)

This group is for everyone to change the cost of a Mann Co. Supply Crate Key down to 3 Refined Metal. The price is too outrageous and someone has to stop it. With the help of everyone I want you guys/girls to neglect the current price of keys and try make it 3 Ref. If we keep at it long enough the price will give in and we will succeed!

I get the sentiment and this would be awesome to see happen but from an economic standpoint, time is becoming less valuable than money. Everything is going up in scrap price, not just keys. The cost of things in keys stay the same, but as more time continues to be added by the number of users, time becomes less meaningful, and scrap is just the manifestation of time in tradeable form. So while I will be trading keys at only 3ish ref, just know that this will make items cost more keys. Potentially.
