Raffling group

Welcome to the group where a raffle is made and you can win the selected prize!
How the raffle works:
basically if you see an announcement saying ' Raffle' you can trade the owner of the raffle the amount of scrap, rec, ref to enter a raffle posted by Kye Xiang
Every slot can be reserved if you keep paying the right amount
Example: you want 3 slots and each entry reserve is 1 rec so you pay 3 rec to reserve 3 slots.

ADMIN & MODERATORS: To become one you must donate at least 7 ref to become an offical Admin. Moderators can be earned if donating only 4 ref!
Make sure you use these ranks PROBABLY or you will be de-ranked!

ADMIN RULES: You can send out raffles but you must not scam or you will be immediltiy banned from the group. Kicking any people off this group will also cause a ban.
All raffles must be 1 by 1. You can't have 2 raffles at once
If your going to put a 2nd raffle up when another is running, you must put a deal that includes the last raffle
Eg: Buy 2 slots and get 1 FREE slot on [Last Raffle]
