SantosRP is back, live, and on a new map! rp_truenorth_v1a

Threw up SantosRP because why not, but we are under a different name now.

If you're not sure what SantosRP is, it's a serious RP gamemode with a player driven economy that allows players to craft items, weapons, grow drugs, work different government jobs, etc. It's fun, come check it out.

!store is up and I updated the text screens in spawn.

Changed a few server side settings that will have to be tested.

You can access the store with !store in-game, via the website and click on the 'Store' tab on the navigation bar, or using the url www.havoc-network.net/store

Some fixes and additions I put in late last night.

- Updated !content pack, once you have everything downloaded I recommend validating your game cache before joining the server.
- Fixed stove model.
- Fixed weed models.
- Fixed ambulance and stretcher models.
- Fixed EMS SWEPs.
- Fixed tow truck spawn.
- Fixed Police weapons.
- Fixed Santos Customs positioning, doors wont close on cars and kill you now.
- Added admin skill book clerk.
- Made it so only staff can see character names in the TAB menu.
- Fixed police ranking whitelist.
