GOG.com - Team Fortress 2 Community

Welcome to the unofficial GOG.com Community for Team Fortress 2! This group is for all GOG.com Community members that love a bit of TF2. Please refer to the "Gogers in TF2" thread on GOG.com for an invite.

As a group, we aim to create a friendly community of like-minded classic gamers around a TF2 bonfire.

You can join us at our TF2 server at 81.19.210.36:27015; it's public and open to all who want a nice casual game, so come along.

What is GOG.com?

GOG.com is a website dedicated to selling DRM-free classic games for the low, low price of $5.99 or $9.99. There are also free games. Since entering public beta in 2008, GOG.com now has over 200 games in its catalogue, all without any copy protection or online activation of any kind! You get your games in a simple, self extracting installer which installs the game and any needed tools to play it with (DOS games will install DOSBox, SCUMM games will install ScummVM and so on), GOG also preconfigures its games to work with modern systems, with extensive in-house testing, by incorporated well known fan patches, working with the original source code and other such measures.

What's more, most games come with additional extras such as wallpapers, soundtrack and manuals.

Rochard and King Arthur for free

IGN Prime is offering Rochard and King Arthur free of charge (for a limited time).

First, create a 7-day trial, and use Paypal as paying option. Once you have an IGN Prime account, you can get a Steam key for those two games.

After that, turn auto-renew OFF in the Prime settings (so that they won't charge you when the trial expires).

Voila, two games, free of charge. I've tested it and it works; although some people have notified having problems with certain passwords (unable to login). Plus the site is not fool-proof easy to navigate. But if you can get past those two problems, the games are yours.

Just tested again with an empty server -- I get that weird stuttering all the time, as if every other frame was being dropped (which they aren't, my FPS was somewhere around 100). Other servers are fine, it's just this one. Could you please look into it, mods?
