Hello everyone, I haven't quite gotten ZE to the state I'd like it to be at for tonights's playtesting. It's scheduled for 9pm tonight, but it might not happen. If it doesn't happen, I'll be rescheduling the event. Regardless, there are a few things you're going to want to do to get prepared. Garry's Mod recently switched to Steampipe. This is good, but converting to it is more work than it should be.

First you'll want to browse to steamapps/username/garrysmod/. Backup this folder if you have anything important, then you'll need to delete it. Now delete Garry's Mod content through Steam and start redownloading it. Once it's finished downloading, you should be using Steampipe. You can blame Garry for not making the process easier. :(

Testing in 1 hour

I'm currently setting up the testing server. Testing will begin at 8pm EST, an hour from now. To join, open the console in Garry's Mod and enter the following:

connect join.gmtower.org:27024

I'll be in the group chat in case anyone wants to message me.

Here's the list of maps to be tested. It would be best for you to download them before joining. However, I have setup fastdl, but the maps are huge.

Hello guys,
I'm happy to say that i'm actively working on new features for the gamemode Zombie Escape.
This includes :
-Sounds (start of round,ambience,infection...)
-Zombie classes (with passives and activable skills)
-Weapon menu turned into a General menu (buy coins&many more)
-Different models of hands for the different classes
-More weapons (with really cool models)
-Many little features

Future additions will be :
-Freeze/ignite grenades

Some points i'm sad to say is :
-The gamemode will mainly work for my server but can be set up to work on your server if you are enough skilled in some parts of the code (I'm doing my best to produce an "install & go" gamemode)
-I'm french so some text/code is in french (i'm minding about doing a translation in english/french to start)
