and forever and a half later, I can respond here and say that we have a mumble server now! :) connect to it at mumble.drexeldragonlan.org .

I've actually already set one up to play around with and get the hang of administrating it. It's hosted on a laptop at home though, so I'm not sure that's the best long-term option. If we can get some permanent hosting space (or better yet, SSH access to a machine that stays on campus), I'd be happy to set up mumble on it and put in as many rooms as needed.
