TIPS TO PROTECT YOURSELF:

1. NEVER CLICK ON LINKS ASKING YOU TO ADD SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY CANT ADD YOU!!! THESE ARE SCAMS!!! THE PERSON SHOULD BE ABLE TO ADD YOUR OR ELSE THEY ARE LYING AND IT IS A SCAM!

2. NEVER accept trades from people who are not able to explain what they want in a trade.


3. NEVER click on ANY of the following links or ones that are similar:

steamacommunity.com
{LINK ELIMINAT}
steamcommunlty.com
{LINK ELIMINAT}
csgoloumge.com
csgoloung.com
etc.
THERE HAS BEEN A NEW WAVE OF SCAM LINKS GOING OUT THAT LOOK LIKE {LINK ELIMINAT} LINKS BUT ARE SCAM LINK JUST LIKE THE ONES ABOVE.



4. NEVER accept PayPal trade requests. If the person has the money on PayPal, tell them to buy keys to pay for the skins or no deal. ALSO, NEVER EVER ACCEPT ANY STEAM TRADE OFFERS THAT HAVE NO PAYMENT AND LOOK LIKE THIS[prntscr.com]



5. NEVER have the SAME PASSWORDS on your email/bank account/steam account. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS.

6. NEVER click on links that you are not familiar with!! DO NOT go to a testx-steam.c5game.com fake site if a message or pop up FROM STEAM comes up and it looks like THIS.[prntscr.com] This WILL NOT HAPPEN if you click an OFFICIAL STEAM LINK. Any fakes will bring this warning up after clicking them.

7. ALWAYS ask people why they added you. If they added you for trades, ASK THEM WHAT THEY WANT TO TRADE before accepting a trade offer or request.

8. ALWAYS report scambots and spambots on their profiles and block them.

9. NEVER accept EMPTY PROMISES IN EMPTY TRADES LIKE THIS ONE HERE[i.imgur.com] BECAUSE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF MONEY OR YOUR ITEMS' SAFETY!!!!!
