Dead Air / Death Toll Local VS? I'll Drink to That!

This is a way for all of us that might EVER be interested in joining one of these magical games to coordinate some sick versus matches that last into the wee hours of the night.

I'll be running unofficial DA/DT Versus matches via local server until Valve finally gives us that damn SDK. Most bugs have been worked out, and this requires NO modification to your individual level files; I take care of the mess on my end here. Now local's not the strongest thing ever, but it beats all those misconfigured dedicated servers that time out n ♥♥♥♥, and I can keep some control over the frickin number of tanks spawning! Yeuh!

I've attached a brief copy of the quirks and basic rules we've made for our games to make them the fairest for all to play in this very unofficial tweak. PLEASE READ THESE BASIC QUIRKS AND RULES BEFORE YOU PLAY WITH US, because explaining these every time I boot a match up is getting really old!
