Found a Sick mod https://testx-steam.c5game.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3047570167 but there are no instructions on how to use the warehouse once implemented. Any help?

Can literally anyone give or show me a tutorial on how to upload cars or bonus parts to CMS?
I'm great at modeling, and decent at scripting. However, I cannot figure out the whole process of import car models into the game, and there are NO tutorials...
