I, Mr Robot [SK] (group manager) will have a primary focus on getting more members of equivalent ranks to play together, any helpful input will be greatly appreciated.

STOP QUEING SOLO, try and play with other members and learn which players work well with your style so that you can play a higer ratio of games with players on your team whom you trust to fulfil their role.

Please make the effort to read the system of how to organise a game with other members.

The purpose of the group/clan is to allow the opportunity to play matchmaking games with others and actually work together with organised plays. Whilst I am aware you only need a team of 5, people are not always online and have other commitments. What I would like to do is begin to schedule organised matchmaking events at specified times that members are able to sign in for.

For mature Silver Elite - Gold Nova - MG Players who are tired of solo queuing and want to start playing tactically with others.

If you are wanting to que matchmaking with others:
Check first in public lobbies to see if there are already similar ranked chessboxing members qued up.

Alternatively check the Steam Groups Sections in CSGO,
If there are no lobbies available, create one by clicking play with friends.

*** you may also need to change lobby permissions which can be done by:
To change the Steam Group your lobby is listed for, click ‘Change Permissions’ and select a different Steam Group. Members of the newly selected group will now see your lobby listed at the main menu.

-ONLY message clan members once/send them an invite if you want to play with them.
Just because they are online does not mean they are ready to que MM
If you want to chat with others / organise a game.
