Why not, and this is just an idea... instead of forcing gamers to buy a not so pleasant weapon skin with an awesome kill effect, you create... i don't know... and this might be an idea just of mine (or maybe many others silent ones)... a special kill effect that costs 'n' amount of 'CP' (using some math therms there) for a specific weapon, whether it has a skin or is raw...
I know, that idea is not liked by your competition either, since every single FPS has the same weapon to skin to shoot to kill effect thingy going on... nothing like innovating...
