You can try Sakura Anti-Cheat. To me, it's the best server-side anti-cheat. Catches a lot of common hacks (Self tested). However you have to configure it a bit...

Been searching for some anti-hacks. But none are a complete solution. A very good one that I once saw was Biscuit's Anti Cheat. But can't download it :(
