So, as I said before, I already have a release calendar for 2026, but it's likely to change. Bungee's Marathon will be released on March 5th, and like any other promising project, it raises a number of questions and doubts.

What's wrong:
— I've heard a lot of negative things about Destiny 2 and how Bungie treated players unfairly;
— Paying $40 for an Extraction shooter in 2026 sounds like a joke to me.
— I don't like the game's setting or visual style.

However, I see Bungie as confident in the game's success, and this is confirmed by SteamDB data: the game is in the top 10 in sales and ranks 75th on Steam's top wishlists.

Do you think this will be a sudden banger and competitor to ARC Raiders, or a throwaway game that will fade away some time after release? Would you like to see my achievement guide for this game?

You're probably already aware of the latest changes to the Steam community rewards system. If not, you can learn more about it here.

It's great to see Valve trying to improve the system and make it more useful for the community, but it seems to be indirectly hurting me.

If you've been following me for a while, you know that I don't collect donations or make any money from my guides; their design is entirely my own unpaid enthusiasm. The rewards system allowed users to share their Steam Points with me and I could spend them on improving my profile design, and I was happy with that arrangement.

Now, earning points has become more difficult, and farming them is only possible by purchasing games. I'd like to believe that Valve wants to make Steam Points more valuable, to give players the opportunity to use them for other purposes besides visual design, but for now, that's just my imagination.

I never made my own guides for these points, as it might seem, but the first blow to the gut was the limited disk space for my guides. While previously no major game release would go by without my guide, now I'm very selective in choosing games and miss many that I really want to make a guide for.

The thing is, people think that if they're given something, they have the right to demand it, often in an aggressive manner, as if they paid for it out of their own pocket. That's why I often encounter negative feedback if my guides (of which there are over 100) haven't been updated or improved in a timely manner, or if they contain inaccuracies. Unfortunately, the negative feedback always significantly outweighs the positives, which is why I thank those who aren't shy about expressing gratitude.

You'll certainly see more guides from me this year, but losing this, even a small part of the reward for my work, forces me to think more deeply about why I do what I do for the community and whether anyone needs it if most of the feedback is negative.

Thank you for your words of support, positive ratings, and the awards you've given out; they've allowed me to become who I am today.

I need a little help, not in a specific case, but in general.

I don't know why or what for, but lately I've been getting a lot of messages and links to fake pages steam profiles: scammers are creating accounts that copy my nickname, avatar, sections, description, and profile design.

Luckily, they're still a long way from creating mine, but maybe this is some kind of cruel joke, maybe they're doing it to deceive someone or smear me.

In any case, I want to say that I don't have any twins or additional pages on Steam, so if you see profiles like the one below, feel free to report them, but not because it offends me in any way; I even find this kind of attention funny.

But if someone is deceived in my name, that's serious. Be careful and take care of yourself.

I planned to create an achievement guide for Sacred 2 Remaster: I'm a huge fan of the original game and remember returning from the store with a copy of the Sacred 2 when it first hit shelves.

However, I was disappointed with the game, and the series itself, this once-excellent Diablo clone, has become dead and useless. According to the developers, the source code for the original Sacred is completely lost, so that's why they wanted to re-release the next game. I even managed to get access to the in-game achievements so I could make a guide in advance and publish it on release day, as usual.

But as I already said, I'm a huge fan of the original Sacred, and the second game was more confusing. Apparently, other users share this opinion: the game currently has about 7,500 wishlist additions and ranks 439th on Steam's most-wanted games list.

These are horribly low figures for a once-popular series, and given Steam's recent restrictions, I'm reluctant to make a guide for a game no one will see.

It's a shame, a real shame. I'd like this remaster to be more than just a three-and-a-half-person fanbase.
