Home of players of the Weasel's Lair game-servers

Player ban management:

How this works:

Anyone who is not a member of this Steam community group, can still play on our game-servers (assuming they are not banned), but will not have access to various special in-game features.
Anyone who shows-up as a "Member" of this Steam community group, is automatically granted access to some special in-game features (various types of "voting", "3rd-person", etc.) in our game-servers.
Anyone who shows-up as an "Officer" of this Steam community group (with the gold/yellow star "⭐" next to their name here), is also automatically an "administrator" of most of our game-servers.

Further, I have restored administrator access to most current or former (and, in some cases ancient) administrators from these Steam community groups:

Weasels Lair
Freaks & Misfits (now retired)
Saphe.Space (now retired)

For those who are administrators themselves, and perhaps do not remember all the other administrators in-game player names (since they do tend to change over time, and this group has existed in some form for probably over a decade now), you can lookup-up some of their former common names in this thread: Admin Info: List of current administrators. BTW: Access to that thread is restricted to existing administrators only, since administrators may want to keep some of that information (former names) confidential.

Server Changes

Some server changes that are up-coming or already in-progress. Not all of these will result in visible changes, but maybe some unannounced down-time. These will changes will take place sometime over the next week.

Changes being planned or considered, include:

HLStats[hlstats.weaselslair.com]: Changing the order of things, and bot-handling.
SourceBans[sourcebans.weaselslair.com]: Changing the order of things.
TF2: Reinstanting dedicated "Orange" server (on its original port 6301).
TF2: Converting "Orange/Mini-Fig" server back to just "Mini-Fig" (Lego-themed maps)
TF2: Possibly introducing a 4th server for "Mach" and maybe some other classic maps.
CS2: Likely shelve this idea for now, since there does not appear to be much demand/interest. However, I may still tinker with in from time-to-time.
FoF: Maybe retire the Team-Play / "Cowboy-Strike" server for now. It almost never gets any play. There are also other FoF Team-Play servers out there serving that niche very well.
All game-servers: Cleaning-up and standardizing config files, testing, restarts, etc.
