i've organized our highlander team into 3 smaller groups


Pocket Group-
Soldier - try to refrain from rocket jumping too much, the reason why the heavy is no longer in this group is cuz he needs too much heals and the spinup makes him bad vs scouts that pick med
Demo - Less traps, more spam.
Medic - Be vocal about ur location and just stick with the combo
Sniper - Jarate / Protection by being with combo

Roamers-
Heavy Natasha/Sandwich - takes a large load off the medic
Pyro - win
Scout - Flanks and flank coverage, backcaps will probably not work as well on a highlander, however capping while our team is there will be of HIGH priority
Spy - stab people in back


Backcap Protection (yes engi is his own group)
Engi - Set up a sentry to lock down our flank. Priority is sentry first (lvl 1 or 2) then teleporter (lvl 2 is enough) and then your job is to help our sniper stay alive occasionally



Generally try to be kinda self sufficient within ur groups and if u really need heals, head towards the medic, but dont crowd him.
*Make sure if our team is there, someone is ON THE POINT.
*dont crowd the vent mic, 9 people is a lot to hear from.
