I love this old game and tend to play it on my desktop but love to use it on my laptop when travelling and the internet is not available. Apparently i am not allowed because is not connected to steam there a way to solve this issues ? thanks for advice

in the online game, i didnt click on register an existing acount, but the new account. now i only have player gratis. any devs here?
