Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition is now available for purchase via the Rockstar Games Launcher and Steam.

Current owners of Grand Theft Auto IV or Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City on Steam will see their digital versions updated to GTA IV: Complete Edition in their Steam library, which includes both titles. This update also removes the previous requirement for Games for Windows Live.

The fact that Epic is buying exclusivity rights to games. Many of these games were initially announced to also release on Steam, some of them could even be preordered on Steam before Epic bought exclusivity rights with Tencent and Fortnite money. This is very nasty and anti consumer.

Why does which game client it's on, matter. I seriously don't understand why people get mad about it. Can't have everything on Steam.

If its an epic exclusive, they can shove it.

I wanted to play that game since it released on the PS3. Never got around to it sadly.

Thank you for that C&C info. Can't believe its been that long, but yes I remember playing 1st C&C in DOS on my 486-DX-66. Later got a Micron Pentium-90 as I major upgrade once Win95 came out. I've enjoyed all of C&C over the years; can't wait!
