Why a Patreon fund?

Well after the hardware failures this year and the increased costs associated with creating content I've finally conceded defeat and acknowledged I cant bank roll this expensive hobby.

I know many people believe Youtubers and Streamers are making loads of money, well I'm sure that is true for some, however most of us dont earn enough from YouTube revenue sharing to cover the increases to the electricity bills let alone the costs of hardware and software maintenance.

On the positive I love what I'm doing and I am always looking to improve the show! That does now mean my 2 year old, patched up PC's are in need of a major upgrade and I'm sadly not in the position to do this.

After the last hardware failure, I was surprised and touched by all the generous offers of support at that time. Many people advised me to run a Patreon campaign to fund the needed components, but I decided to wait and cover the cost myself as i always have. I'm a very independent person so it has been a tough decision to finally accept offers of help from others.

So, the big idea is to fun the upgrades of the hardware to continue to bring the latest Simulator experiences in a higher visual quality!
