I don't care if you're a girl, if you want to be admin or super-mod you will have to go through the same process as everyone

How to become admin (Sandbox):
-Gain a recommendation from 2 or more froms superadmins and above.
-At least be in the server for 30 hrs
-being respected won't help since it is easy to gain it
-Don't be a suck up to the admins and above ranks
-Enforce the rules on others
-Be friendly to everyone
-Realize if you become flirty to and of the boy/girl admins you won't gain adminship
-Have fun

How to become super-mod (Super Moderator)[Sandbox]
-Gain a recommendation from 1 or more admins
-Be a moderator (30hrs from the auto promote addon)
-Respect all others that acts idiotic
-Don't act brattish
-Enforce the rules
-Have fun
