We do raffles as soon as we (the owners) have an item. There are entry fee's hee but they are very cheap from the actual price of the item! if you do not have pure for the item fee, give us an item worth THAT SAME AMOUNT (no overpay here! but pure is appreciated). If you think this is a scam, dont fret. You can check both of the Admin's steam REP, Profile, etc. etc., you can even reoprt us for scam if we dont give the winner his item! Only 2 or 3 people entered for the crappy raffle this time, it was worth a shot, i hate giving refunds and i hate this item so i decided to choose a winner anyway, i went to Random.org as always and clicked a few times before i got a filled slot. Anyways the winner is....

I still only have 2 people entered in the raffle, if you do not have .66 in items or pure then i may lower it a bit, i dont like to give refunds, i might also lower the amount of slots needed just to get this done
