Stop that Tank! について

Tank crossover with payload maps, robots vs. humans, choose your side!

Description:
Stop that Tank! (STT/tank mod) is a TF2 mod that replaces the cart in payload maps with the tank boss from Mann-vs-Machine mode. The tank moves by itself, following the cart path and deploys its payload in the finale. In the event the tank is destroyed, a player-controlled giant robot is spawned and has a chance to win by capturing the remaining points & delivering the bomb.

In Payload maps:
The BLU team (robots) must protect the tank and escort the bomb carrier.
The RED team must destroy the tank/giant before they are able to deploy their bomb.

In Payload Race maps:
Two robot teams, two tanks. Slow the enemy tank by damaging it, and clear attackers off your team's tank to let it speed up. Shortly into the round, a player from each team is chosen to become a giant robot, who must then face off in a battle to the death!

STT Update (v1.5.4)
  • Bomb carriers can now see an outline of capture / deploy zones.

  • Reduced bomb "reset" timer to 35s (from 50s).
  • Reduced Tank checkpoint health regeneration time to 1s (from 20s). Total health restored is slightly reduced.
  • Reanimators will no longer block enemy flares and syringes.
  • Updated the Sentry Buster spawning system to send out Sentry Busters more appropiately.
  • Updated Borneo third CP hint to also explain the detour route to Sentry Busters.
  • Updated respawn time calculations to only take into account the number of players on the same team, rather than total players on both teams.

  • The ending hatch doors on Swiftwater will now automatically close when the Tank is destroyed.

  • Fixed an issue where two teleporters could have different levels in setup.
  • Fixed spots on most official maps that allowed capturing/blocking capture through walls.
  • Fixed Giant Medics gaining the speed of their heal target.
  • Fixed an issue where the round start music could inappropiately play multiple times.
  • Fixed Tank spawn sound sometimes stacking.
  • Project now requires the new stable SourceMod 1.8 to run.


  • Giant balance changes (PL):

    • Major League Scout specific-

      • Removed the +30% accuracy bonus on the Force-A-Nature.
      • Reduced the damage penalty on the Force-A-Nature to -10% (from -20%).

    • Giant Mega Bison Soldier specific-

      • Can no longer randomly spawn due to multiple issues with the new Righteous Bison.
      • Can randomly spawn again on the official server as of 8/20/16.

    • Giant Flare Pyro specific-


    • Giant Sticky Demoman specific-

      • Reduced stickybomb arm time penalty to +0.2s slower (from +0.25s slower).

    • Giant Heavy specific-

      • Reduced health to 10,000 (from 10,500).
      • Reduced damage penalty vs buildings to -22% (from -25%).

    • Giant Shotgun Heavy specific-

      • Reduced crit boost time on melee kill to 5s (from 8s).
      • Increased move speed to 140 HU/s (from 127 HU/s).

    • Giant Kritzkrieg Medic specific-

      • Reduced Ubercharge duration to 7s (from 8s).
      • Ubercharge now automatically ends when deploying the bomb.

    • Giant Combat Medic specific-

      • Reduced move speed to 150 HU/s (from 166 HU/s).
      • Reduced Syringe Gun damage bonus vs buildings to +20% (from +35%).
      • Increased projectile speed to +60% faster (from +50% faster).

    • Super Spy specific-

      • Reduced health to 1,750 (from 2,000).


  • Giant balance changes (PLR):

    • Major League Scout specific-

      • Increased Flying Guillotine damage by +20%.
      • Removed the +90% Flying Guillotine recharge rate bonus.
      • Replaced the Sandman with the Holy Mackerel.
      • Replaced the Force-A-Nature with the Soda Popper.
      • Soda Popper doesn't build Hype, nor does it have a reload speed bonus.
      • Increased pellets per shot to 22 (from 20).
      • Removed the clip size bonus.

    • Giant Mega Bison Soldier specific-

      • Can no longer randomly spawn due to multiple issues with the new Righteous Bison.

    • Giant Demoknight specific-

      • Removed the +20% faster melee attack speed bonus.
      • Removed the 3s of crit boost on melee kill.
      • Removed the 200 health restored on melee kill.
      • Reduced charge length bonus to +0.35s longer (from +0.5s longer).
      • Increased melee damage bonus to +200% (from +140%).
      • Critical hits now knock back enemy players.
      • Melee hits will now restore 15% of the charge meter.

    • Giant Sticky Demoman specific-

      • Reduced move speed to 146 HU/s (from 176 HU/s).
      • Replaced Scottish Resistance with the Quickiebomb Launcher.
      • Clip size is 7.
      • Reduced firing speed bonus to +40% (from +60%).
      • Reduced reload speed bonus to +20% (from +25%).
      • Stickybombs fizzle 4 seconds after landing.

    • Sir Nukesalot specific-

      • Bottle now deploys 30% slower.

    • Giant Heavy specific-

      • Reduced Gloves of Running Urgently speed bonus to +60% (from +69%).

Most things should be the same, I just fixed some things for me and made small changes.

Bots are active with a quota of 30. Most maps I have on the server have from me hand-fixed NAV-Mashes and a custom SM-Plugin that should handle those bots at least acceptable to play with. (some official maps like badwater I was not able to edit the nav, so they are a bit broken)
