Q: Why is this taking so long?
A: I am a student still in highschool (me, Danson) Blueeyes has a family to support, Commiekid, is, commiekid, and the rest of the lot are grown ups who do grown up things like drink alcohol and file tax returns. In short very few of us have an abundant supply of time. But we have the passion. Natural Selection 2 took te yers to develop, so uh, happy thoughts?

Q: What is SH2?
A: SH2 Is Shattered Horizon 2, a standalone mod based on Epic's Unreal Engine 3.

Q: Looks fancy. Release date please!
A: No but expect it within a year

Q: I don't have any skills in game developement and wish to help. How do that?
A: Most of us don't have any skills eaither! But we are learning, and once we do, expect greatness. If you wish to learn as well, contact Blueyes or Danson, or you can recieve our utmost gratitude by donating (Contact Blueyes) and be immediately entered for Alpha and Beta (if not already accepted) and recieve your own special ingame item of your choice so long as its not absurd (ideas for item: Crowbar for melee weapon, new skin, etc.)\

Q: I didn't like Shattered Horizon so why should I care about this one?
A: This one is a complete remake, and extension of the original SH. essentially, two games in one. SH: Classic is the closest copy we could make to the original. Along with ti will come the other, SH2, which will include all the features and items the SH community originally wanted. Plus, It's only game. Why you heff to be mad?

SH2 has stopped for the moment. None of us have free time, and on top of that later this year our game engine (Unreal Engine 3) will be useless, the reason? Unreal Engine 4. With it we will be able to import what we have now, update it, and with all the new features such as the base code (which for UE3 you have to pay $3000 dollars for) which will give us better control and access, and with Kismet 2.0, we will be able to make the game much more easily with better optimization and graphics.

So in short, we are holding off until we can upgrade to the new engine, which will be out later this year along with Epic's first UE4 game, Fortnight (or whatever it's called).

As you can see, much more can be done in a shorter time frame. Sorry to get your hopes up but someday this will get done. Remember, Natural Selection 2 took ten years, and TF2 took nine years.

Please... Put a Shattered Horizon 2 together. Or release what you have before you all started hating each other... This game is beautiful and is so underrated. Even when Titanfall came out I still saw all the potential Shattered Horizon had. Hell, even if you just retextured the guns and added a perk system.... This game is gold... and beautiful. Hope you all are doing well.
