well i can confirm that i have sent the email 3 times and waited a month between each and no response also steam still wont refund it after taking it off the damn store which is BS i want this game gone and i want a refund

i already sent 2 emails. No response.

I followed the pinned post and got my refund. Be respectful and calm and copy paste the same email everyday, responded to me in about a week.

I was banned reason "Trolling" for asking for my money back at the beginning of 2016 with reason - unfinished product. furthermore when IO complained on the steam general forums and sent a ticket..my ticxket was closed and I was banned from the general forums for complaining about a moderator who banned me!!!!

I tried to get a refund through steam with no success but that's not important. I bought into early access and this is what I got! What actually IS important though, is to remove this piece of ♥♥♥♥ from the steam store asap.
The only thing it accomplishes is to damage steam's reputation by scamming the ignorant.

I got a full refund by code hatch, It took about 10 emails back and forth, alot of explaining how they blatently mislead their investers and slight threats of legal action they will give in. They will try to offer you $20 refund but just keep pushing them and you will get your money back, just try and remain chill when doing it.

It's also a good idea to research your consumer rights with online digital sales, Most countries have clear consumer laws about misleading your investers and your rights as the consumer. Just dont give up, thats what they want

I brought the founders pack aswell but just keep pestering them, if they dont reply within 2 weeks send them another email and another untill they give up. I keep it in my steam library as a reminder not to trust every single greenlight game.

Was watching a youtube livestream, some guy actually showed an email reply stating the game was abandoned. Email matched their support email. Rip

Sent my email in requesting a refund on Friday (2/12/16) hopefully I will get a response soon ._. It pisses me off steam won't refund this game. Games that have such a large quantity of bad reviews should have the guidelines for refunds relaxed. Punish bad devs, reward good devs.

Just got a full refund from codehatch, if you email them your steam recipt for starforge and your steam id they will refund you in full, not the petty $20 for the founders pack they originally offered me. Now I can relax and forget about this whole frustrating situation.

Requested refund through Steam...was refused. I am sure I was refused due to it not being submitted within a certain amount of days. But I bought it back in 2013, before we could ask for refunds. I feel ripped off. The fact that they seem to get away with taking our money like that is really pissing me off. I feel as though I have falling for one of those idiotic prince from Nigeria email scams.
