Hello my name is Hayden or flyingpigs2_ here on Steam and for the past four or so years I have worked to maintain this page and Poseiden's presence here. I founded PSDN back in 2014 with Yacovrex and about 10-15 others. While I've taken a decent number of hiatuses in the past, including my present one, at the time of me writing this I am the final serving founding administrator outside this server's owner.
It shouldn't come as much of a shock to anyone still heavily involved with the group that I've come back in an official capacity briefly to announce my resignation as Co-Owner of Poseiden as of today.
It's been a couple years since I've written a proper announcement here as I am aware that most of our player base has moved to discord but I thought that the platform on which this all started would be the best place for this. I could not be prouder of what PSDN has become after years of working with Yacov to construct a proper e-sports team, however, I have had a difficult time reconciling with the drastic changes to the group that have taken place within the last year. Poseiden has come a long way since Yacov and I first put together CS:GO competitive teams or even since my formal retirement from e-sports.
Beyond this I have had several issues with personnel which can only be attributed to my own coarse demeanor and recent distancing from the majority of the group.
With growing commitments outside PSDN I also leave in the hope that a new more committed and involved co-owner will be appointed in my stead. I'd like to make it clear that despite my differences with certain individuals within PSDN that any of you should still feel more than welcome to independently reach out to me here on Steam or on Discord and that Yacov, Vera, and I are still on friendly terms.
These past six years have been some of the most memorable of my entire life and I will always be proud to say I spent them with all of you. You all have supported me through some extremely hard times and for that I will always be grateful.
