The Church of Biribiri is the place to practice worship for the Best Girl and the Best Esper in Academy City, Mikoto Misaka, from the Toaru Majutsu no Index/Toaru Kagaku no Railgun series.



1. Biribiri is the Best Girl and Best Esper in all of Academy City.

2. Biribiri is love, Biribiri is life.

3. Biribiri has many names, such as Mikoto Misaka, Onee-sama, Railgun, and she may be called by any of these names. However, these names are not to be used in vain.

4. Kamijou Touma is Biribiri's Husbando and those who disagree will have that illusion shattered. However, posts containing Biribiri x anybody else may be allowed depending on how cute they are. There are to be no posts containing Touma x anybody but Biribiri, though, because Rule 1.

5. Index Librorum Prohibitorum is worst girl, and she shall not be mentioned as best girl anywhere.

6. Biribiri's friends are to be treated with respect as they are our Goddess's friends.

7. All Discussion, Photos, and Gifs of Biribiri must glorify her as much as possible.

8. All followers of Biribiri are deemed missionaries and must spread the word of our Goddess to all anime-related discussions.

9. Any Breakage in the rules will result in being railgunned.

10. Tatsuya and Klein are Level 0 Espers and are dirty toys of Skill-Out, but you may worship them as you please. Just remember, Biribiri is our One True Goddess!
