For the ME4, they do have an option to carry it on as Shepard. I've played through four endings (I dont know if theres more than that or not) but I know at the end of one of them you see Shepard breathe, so they could be playing on that.

Thanks for the invite! Love ME, in fact I have the GameStop wallet and plan to get the new game when it is released in...two years? I own all three games plus all DLC on my 360, and if the price comes down I will buy the collector's edition trilogy for PC...that or get it off Amazon. Anyways, it's great ot be a member of a group that loves ME just as much as I do! Oh, and before I forget: Legion is the ultimate badass. Just sayin'.
