Multiplay UK Public TF2 (2007-2015)

Oh wow, it's been quite some time since I previously wrote something here. It's also been three years since Parva, the founder of this community passed away. I felt like I had to share a few words today about him and about You who are reading this post.

It feels like yesterday when the servers were still up and running and I joined one of the "vikings" servers, trade servers or Mario Cart servers (oh God!) for the first time. Back then TF2 in general was still thriving, something I sadly can't quite say today. I wish I could have personally kept it all alive for a bit longer, something I still feel bad about. Oh well, all the stories have an end one way or another, right?

I have said this before but Parva was the sole reason this community ever existed in the first place. His passion alone kept the things alive and going. I've never met anyone as strong as he was, despite all the struggles he had with his health he never stopped loving the community he built from the very ground. He dedicated most of his time so that You could have as good playing experience as possible (with the small team doing the best it could). It was all voluntary work for both him and all all the admins. No words are enough to say how much his work and friendship meant to anyone who knew him. After all these years I still feel so bitter and sad about the way he had to go.

All in all my main point with this post was to deliver my most sincere appreciation towards anyone who was part of this community. Thank You so much for being part of the story that started back in 2007 and ended in 2015. Thank you all the good and bad (as Parva used to say). Thank you to all the regulars who kept the servers alive, none of it would have been possible without you. Thank you to all those admins before me and thank you to all those I had the pleasure to work with. Whether it was a long or a short time, it is all very appreciated. Special thanks to KitkatRai and Rik, I have wanted to say this somehow for so many years. If you happen to read this I sincerely thank you both for being there by my side. And most of all thank you Parva for making it all possible, thank you for that continuos faith and support you gave me, I miss you so much.
