basically if you see an announcement saying 'Server Raffle' you can trade me or HOBO the amount of scrap, rec, ref to enter a raffle posted by HOBO
Every slot can be reserved if you keep paying the right amount
Example: you want 3 slots and each entry reserve is 1 rec so you pay 3 rec to reserve 3 slots.

Moderators can be earned if donating only 5 ref!
Make sure you use these ranks PROBABLY or you will be de-ranked!
Any Moderator that enters a raffle will get an EXTRA slot for any number of slots reserved.

You can send out raffles but you must not scam or you will be immediltiy banned from the group. Kicking any people off this group will also cause a ban.

All moderators can check if anyone is being rude or raicst on chats, comments and raffles will cause them to be de-ranked and kicked. Even thier text will be deleted. Any other moderators do any of this rudness or breaking rules will be de-ranked!
