Turtle Heavies are a endangered species usually found in cp_kakariko or in dense forests in FortWars maps.

These creatures are commonly seen crouched or standing still. If they need to move, they do that while crouched.
Heavy Turtles aren't violent by nature; in fact, sometimes they ally with enemy Heavy Turtles to share Sandviches. If their rituals are interrupted, they might attack with their miniguns.

What we need is a Toortle Bank. Obviously i got the idea from the Hoovy Squad's Hoovy Bank, but rather than pooling items for giveaways, we could pool items, and get a few very rare items. We should then sell the items off for actual money, through paypal transactions, because people are stoopid that way. This money we then use to fund a Toortle server. That or we find one of the many dead clan servers lying around (possibly ones abandoned in search or a better, more throroughly updated server by groups that had money), get permission from high admins of the groups to take over one of those servers, and then use it as our Toortle Hoovy sanctuary.
