As you may know, there is currently a pandemic sweeping the nations as millions of gamers are staying home for the greater good. The people in this group are dedicated to stop the spread of the virus within their communities and are choosing to #StayHome, and game! Find groups of friends playing the same game, meet new people and interact with a new and upcoming community during these hard times. What else do you have to lose?

What can you do to stop the spread?

By staying home, you are contributing to society! Only going out for essentials, donating extra masks and gloves to your local hospital or elderly can do much more than you think as we are on a nation wide shortage.

ONLY go out when you need to. Sure you can't be out having a few brews with your bois on a saturday night. Stay inside, get in a discord chat with some good buds and play games. Host webcam board games, make use of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Premium exc.. There is plenty you can do, so why not do it online together?

Hello everyone!

Thank you so much for your interest in this group. To be honest I didn't expect to be over 100 people, at max but here we are at a crisp 150. Seeing as we may be in this for the long run, and as the group doesn't have its own community quite yet. I thought of a fun new way for everyone to connect. So I would like to introduce a new weekly event!

The #StayHome. Play Together Weekly Events!

Each week, I will set up a game that we as a group can all connect and play on. Seeing as valve games are the main games people own, they may be the main games we play. We could also just set up a day of play as a group with multiple games, but we can work on all the specifics after we see the turnout of this event.

This week, we will be playing LFD2 on Valve Official Servers starting on 4/10/20 @ 12 (Noon) CST. Please check the event page for this event here as that will show the time in your local.

We will be using Steam Group Chat, or discord depending on how many people we have attending. If you do plan on attending, let me know so I can get a head count and if its big enough I can look into the possibility of a server or two.

I joined after I noticed a friend join, and the message is one that I fully support. On that note, I can't bring myself to listen to Van Morrison anymore with his anti-lockdown stance. (He should know with his age and obesity that he'd never survive COVID-19.)
