So what is the definitive way to play the base game + episodes, since now we have 25th anniversary edition?

I'm still waiting for the Half-Life 2 Remastered Collection, I'm hoping that it'll be the definitive way to play Half-Life 2 and it's episodes.

It is more than a year passed. No news. Do Filip really okay? Maybe something happened?

CM is completely unfaithful to the original imo. This mod does contain mostly small differences, but it vastly improves the environment of the game with staying true to the original.

This update is so good, I deleted most of my saves in the original Half-Life 2 and moved onto this! That's how good it is! Amazing job!

Get Update versions for The Episodeds and maybe top it off the With Half Life Source. So many people willl be happy :D

How about return extra qualities of HL1.skil to change damage to player and to the enemy?
I think thats important to the gameplay of HL2 - when damage of player`s weapon is equal to damage, thats enemy`s weapon got!
It will plays cool with more powerful automatic weapon and pistol( just little more powerful, like in HL1, it won`t spoil the gameplay, just refresh it a bit)
You cold also change reserve of a player`s cartriges , for example to "magnum" ( maybe 18 cartriges instead of 12 in reserve)

I am so glad that you guys finally made a mod of Half-Life 2 that improves the graphics without being out of the box and ruining the game experience. I was literally smiling all the way through seeing videos on comparisons. The lighting, detailed shadows, and the partical effects, whoo boy never been so amazed in a while. You really put a lot of effort into it, and I am very grateful of what you guys accomplished. Seriously, gunna be playing this for hours. Thanks! :D

Please for the next updates consider to increase textures and increase the viewmodel so it won't be buggy when you raise it up thanks great mod

I can't seem to be able to set an fps max, it just says that it can't be changed whilst playing (when I'm just in the main menu). Anyone else having this problem?

whats the exact date its releaseing you say soon but i see you been saying soon for quite sometime i am sorry for qustioning that but I really am hyped for this update and sense i can't use the mod version I have to wait for this cuz all the links to it are broken and the ones that do work which is the 1.0 which i can't seem to get to work cuz of this steam pipe thing which i really don't want to go through the confusing steps to make it work
