CS:GO KZ Redefined

UPDATE: 2.3.1 is now available to fix some issues with the update.

GOKZ 2.3.0 is now available.
MovementAPI 2.1.0 is required.

This update brings significant improvements to jumpstats thanks to the hard work of zealain and the advice of GameChaos. New features include more measurements, failstats, blockstats, improved accuracy ("distbugfix"), and local database support.

Also included is a timer tech locking command (!vb), a GOKZ alternative to KZTimer's "+use" tech, and a crouch-jump indicator when using centre panel speed text.
