"James aka "heal zealot" fortunately got his account back this afternoon,and yes he got hacked, by the same scam who's telling people that they accidentally reported them, ( i almost fell for that trap once if it wasn't for who reassured me ) . so after being in touch with steam support James managed to get a new password and new steam guard code, but he's still blocked from market for 15 days and 6 days from community, so he can't change his name or avatar these days ." -Alia

If anyone learns anything or hears from him, make a post. I'd like to know how this turns out for him. :/
