Well I sent the ticket for support and this was their response:
"We checked the group in question and it seems like it still has an owner associated with it."
I'm not the owner cause I don't have all the permissions and funnily enough someone was removed from the group chat yesterday, which would indicate that he might be still here.

maybe due to the privacy settings it displays that he would have left? In any case I didn't want to bother the support too much about this so I don't have definite answer.

I'll stop talking about this topic now. Have a nice weekend everyone.
