There is no rule against it, but if you do not possess the game, it will be gifted to you, not sent through steam trade, so if you are going to enter for a contest, please only do it if you really are interested in owning the game for yourself.

You can lock giveaways to be only for a group, so it would get rid of the need for users to guess and then run a RNG. Just a quick thought.

I'm a bit saddened that they seem to have disabled the gameplay stats for groups. I rather liked seeing what was most played by this group, even if it was always dominated by tf2. :)
