The process is done automatically when you join the group, so if for some reason you have not got your points the owners are going to have to look into it, and they will possibly give you the 5000 points when you are next on the server.

I think its because the people who host the server moved it across to something or whatever, did it get fixed after the restart?

I dont know if you guys know about this but the servers been really buggy today. You cannot pick up most props and some objects like the microwave, also you can walk through some objects like the stationary crates :/

You need to have download custom addons on I think.. or if its an issue with playermodels you can just subscribe to them all. there is a link pinned about seeing errors :)
