In response to Steam's recent announcement, CSGO Dice Game no longer allows deposits. Currently, the only way to gain GoCoins is through the earn system and the referral system. We will be restocking the withdraw shortly.

From staff we are really sorry to give you bad news.

All records about deposits were lost and then all people in site will need deposit to be able to send coins again.

The only good news is if you still have 25 coins you will be able to withdraw any skin with a value 25 coins or more and just deposit it again to be able to send coins.

Please accept our apologies for all the problems this can cause to you.

Edited: New deposit is 25 coins vs 50 before.

Why are you seeing down for maintenance?

Down for maintenance is the default page that our load balancer shows when a server does not respond.

Why is the server not responding?

For most of you guys that are concerned and asking on forums and emails, you are banned. For others, sometimes the servers are just under high load.

Why am I banned?

You are using the site as a trading platform which we do not allow. It states clearly under the withdraw rules: "If your account is flagged for abusing the withdraw system, you will be automatically banned and your GoCoins will be voided.". This warning has been there from the beginning. We do not allow this use of our site because it floods the withdraw with undesirable items and a lot of the same items. This worsens the experience for regular users of the site.

Why did you avoid addressing this issue before?

The system in place to automatically flag and ban "bad" users was still actively being developed. The system is near completion and generally false positive free now and being used in production. I avoided addressing this problem before because I needed proper data and test cases for the system. Users that are blatantly abusing the system are easy to spot and test on. I know that some users will actively try to circumvent the system which is why I am addressing the issue now: I need more data for these users.

Why did you provide refunds before?

There were many kinks and bugs to work out which meant there were false positives. I refunded to not screw over these false positives. Since I have to do these refunds manually, I chose to just refund everyone who asked to get it over with rather than doing detective work so "bad" users probably received refunds too. Users will not be receiving refunds for not following the rules from now on because the the system does a good job of avoiding false positives and, like I said, I have to do refunds manually.
