Hello and welcome to the admin section of BTG.
Here are the rules and notes you will have to follow to keep your admin and raffling privilege.

1. -=Self raffles=-
When you are raffling an item it is allowed for you to earn some profit as a reward for your efforts.
- Eg: Raffling a craft hat - 1.66 in total (1 rec profit)
- Eg: Raffling a 3 key item - 3 keys and 1 ref in total (1 ref profit)
- Eg: Raffling a 20 key item - 21 keys in total (1 key profit)
Please do not go around and making insane amounts of profit as if this continues for long enough you will loose your admin status. If you have been warned multiple times and you keep doing so you will LOOSE YOUR ADMIN PERMANENTLY

2. Please be nice to the members as they are the life of this group.

3. -=Conditions=-
- You must do any sort of event every week. Once a week is perfectly fine whether it will be a giftaway or a raffle.
- Somehow giving away 1 scrap is very satisfiying for the members. (Lol..)

4. -=Helping members to raffle=-
If someone asks you to help them raffle an item, remember these points:
- YOU ARE THE PERSON IN CHARGE, not them. Dont let them be so cocky and boss you around as you are DOING THEM A FAVOUR
- Feel free to reject any requests if you do not want to do so.
- Dont say 'Go ask ____ to help you because im busy', it is likely that most admins will not accept if you think it is a 'waste of time' raffle
- If you do accept to help raffle them, YOU MAKE UP THE PRICES and tell him BEFORE you even decide to whether or not to raffle it.
Eg. Item: 1 key (Worth 5 ref, 06-05-2013)
1 rec per spot, 16 spots total.
After the raffle: You give him 5 ref. Keep 1 rec for yourself
- IF YOU ARE RAFFLING IT. ALWAYS ALWAYS, TAKE THE ITEM OFF THEM BEFORE POSTING AN ANNOUNCEMENT. THEY COULD DECIDE NOT TO PROCEED DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE RAFFLE AND LEAVE YOU HANGING.

-If you are not active even after a notification from me your admin status will no longer exist.
-IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE AWAY FOR A LONG TIME OR YOU WOULD LIKE A BREAK, POST ON THIS

Ive recently seen a guy going around adding the admins in the group asking them to raffle things off. im not naming names but some admins accepted it and just basicly gave him a good reason to get his stuff raffled off. Please actually think about what you are raffling and think about if its fair or not. Otherwise i will have to say no to public rafflings.

This person i have kicked out of the group simple because i did not like his attitude when he came to me asking. That and he was very rude.

Remember do not raffle things for rude/stuck-up people. We are doing them a favour, not the other way around
