We want better customer service from steam

Tired of bad customer service or unsatisfactory/auto generated responses from steam support? let them know by joining this group.
If they want us to buy games from them, they need to look after their customers.

Until such a time as Steam improves their customer service, I recommend purchasing any steam-enabled games from www.greenmangaming.com they have a higher level of customer service and do not charge higher prices in regions such as Australia.

For the third time I have been screwed over by steam using false advertising: bought the War of the Roses pre-order and did not get the early access advertised.
