Three new mods!

So I have recently added three new mods

1. Pilot Eject
- At random, a helicopter will spawn and will malfunction and a pilot will spit
out before the helicopter crashes. You have to find his body and grab the
loot before he despawns(10 mins)

2. Plane Crash
- Same with the helicopter, a low flying plane will spawn and you will have to
shoot the plane down with rockets to receive loot.

3. Lock-On Rockets
- Now shooting down the plane is going to be easy, a special rocket that isn't
avaliabe to players will be in the server store starting tomorrow. This rocket
can only be used to lock onto the plane.
