New and improved!

The server has many things the old server did not:
1) Replay (FINALLY).
2) HLstatsx.
3) New and improved donator benefits.
4) New vote system that will not interfere with your game play controls.
5) Very short but fun custom sounds! (enable custom sound dl in your settings if you have it off :p )
6) Much, much more!
