Windows 11 game doesn't work

Hello everyone! Just got the game. trying to start, and nothing happens. Via Steem launcher it tries to start, but after 5-10 seconds button "play" is green again as nothing happend. Via shortcut - no changes detected. Does anyone encountered the issue?

My control configuration keeps resetting each time I start the game

This didn't happen for the first week or so I played it and is only happening since the latest windows 11 update (though that could be coincidental) So, I asked Copilot how to fix it, and it gave me this list 🛠️ How to Fix It 1.
