Steppe

The steppe biome is a hot, sun-scorched land, but it’s far from lifeless. Vegetation like cacti and palm trees proudly line your journey, while the sun glints on the sand as you traverse the territories around Bridgewatch.

Mountain

High up in the mountains, you trudge through layers of soft, glittering snow, past cavernous gorges carved out by deep, frigid water. Clouds are reflected in the blue-white landscape, and hardy plants stand stoically among the drifts.

Forest

Albion’s forests are magical, luscious lands. Leaves drift idly on the air, catching rays of sunlight cast between ancient, massive trees, while butterflies flutter enigmatically amongst the shrubs and bushes.

Swamp

The Crucible II uses a points system built around a dedicated Guild Journal, created specifically for this event. Creators and their guilds compete to earn points by completing missions in this Journal.

As missions are completed, points are added to the guild’s total score. These scores are tracked on a live leaderboard[albiononline.com] on the Albion Online website, where all participating guilds are ranked in real time.

[assets.albiononline.com]These missions span a wide range of activities across Albion, including PvE, PvP, open-world objectives, gathering, and guild-focused content. Whether fighting in lethal zones or exploring safer regions, every playstyle has a role to play.

Some can be completed quickly and repeated often, such as gathering resources or catching fish, while others are larger milestones, like achieving a Guild Season rank, that require coordination and can only be achieved a handful of times. This creates multiple paths to contribute, from steady, repeatable progress to high-impact achievements.

At the end of the contest, the creator whose guild has the highest score will be crowned Champion of the Crucible.

The top three in The Crucible II will claim real-world prizes forged in steel. We’ve partnered with the legendary craftsmen at That Works to create weapons inspired by Albion itself, brought to life with expert precision and detail. The winner will receive a massive Kingmaker sword, while second and third place each get a sharp Twin Slayer dagger.

Each weapon is individually forged, shaped, and finished by hand, turning Albion’s most iconic designs into memorable trophies.

But the rewards don’t stop there. Members of the top 10 guilds will receive an exclusive ingame Avatar Ring to commemorate the occasion, while creators in the top 20 will receive a share of 10,000 gifted Twitch subscriptions, depending on their final position:

Alongside this, a Wehype campaign introduces a new layer of community rewards, including Fame boosts, the elusive Fennec mount skin, and high-tier bundles including Premium, Gold, and Learning Points. Also running on Twitch, viewers can take part by signing up through the Wehype link shared by participating creators. Streamers progress through reward tiers by reaching streaming-hours milestones, unlocking increasing rewards as they go. The more viewers tune in and support a stream, the more rewards the creator can unlock to share with their audience!
