Does anyone know how to learn the backstory of Maddox's eye? I've tried befriending Maddox as best as I possibly can, but there still doesn't seem to be a solution.

As much as I find the premise of this choice-of game interesting, when I can see typos in the screenshots, it sends up some red flags as to how much QC/editing this one has gotten... (The second, black-background image has both this typo and also one instance of forgetting to capitalize "Terrel".)...

I closed out the game last night somewhere towards the end of chapter 2, but when I relaunched it today, I'm suddenly at the start of chapter 2 again, but with all the stats I earned during chapter 2 still there. (For example, Bene 'thinks I'm awesome' in spite of not having met me yet...)...
