What's going on? No solution helped ,even new install.

mouse will only move city map left and up, only way to map screen right and down is arrow keys

The new level I'm playing doesn't show working places as full (with workers on it, with the flag on the top of the place) its looks like its empty, but when I click on it to see, Its on full capacity... Does anyone had this problem before? (How can I solve this ? ><)...

I love this game, very nostalgic that I played it when I was about 12. However, there is a but in Linux version that "Rotate" or "R" key is not working. It is really troublesome in some mission without enough space. Anyone encounter similar issues and find a solution?...
