Team17 - 100th Game Celebration

With the release of PLANET ALPHA on 4th September 2018, Team17 will have released 100 games! This landmark includes games developed and/or published here at Team17, ranging from our early Amiga days with the likes of Alien Breed, Body Blows and Project X, through the explosion in popularity of the Worms series, our work-for-hire period on franchises like Lemmings and Leisure Suit Larry right through to the modern age and our indie games label featuring The Escapists, Overcooked and Yooka-Laylee!

Our celebration begins today with the retrospective video above, as well as a new trailer for PLANET ALPHA, available to pre-order now with a 10% discount!

UPDATED: Global and Friends Leaderboards Live for all Players

Good Morning Recruits!

The current temperature is 110 degrees.

The Chief Instructor of Lethal VR Weapons Training has asked me to inform you of an update which has been released for all Vive Lethal VR Recruits.

This update adds Global and Friends Leaderboards into each training Simulation.

Previous bests will be uploaded automatically.

Your reaction times, quickdraw speed and simulation points will be compared and shared with all Recruits globally.

The update includes the following:

Previous high scores will be uploaded to the new leaderboards allowing for immediate Global competition
A 'Leaderboard' option will now appear in the Main Menu - Recruits can toggle between Global, Friends and Local leaderboards for each Simulation.
In 'Settings' Recruits can select which Leaderboard (Global, Friends or Local) they want displayed on the Simulation Introduction and Results screens.
This update also enhances the Settings to enable players to choose whether they are left or right handed and also to adjust their Gun Angle, a requested feature for expert play.

Hi recruits!

We just wanted to thank you for all your support and feedback after the launch of Lethal VR!
We’ve been listening to all your comments, suggestions and requests in the forums and on our social channels, and I’m pleased to announce that we are working on adding global leaderboards! We don’t have a planned release date for the update yet, but it is something we are working on, so keep your eyes open for more information on the forums and news page in the future.

We’re super excited to announce Lethal VR!

Lethal VR is an immersive Virtual Reality weapons experience for the PlayStation VR brought to you from Three Fields Entertainment, creators of Burnout, BLACK and Dangerous Golf.

Step into the shoes of an FBI Recruit and be tested in a series of weapons simulation exercises, featuring a variety of small weapons. After each challenge you will be graded on your performance. Do you have what it takes to earn a Lethal rating?

Your abilities will be tested in 30 different challenges spread across 5 tiers of weapons simulation. You will need to demonstrate speed, precision, deadly accuracy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
