It's a good game that shouldn't be sold in this state on Steam.

This version isn't playable without spending a lot of time configuring it.

I bought this game to play online with friends who are casual gamer . I can't imagine having to explain to them that after installing the game, they'll have to delete two files in certain directories just to launch it.
I'll have to explain that they'll need to configure their controller via Steam because it's impossible to do so directly in the game. And also that there will be crashes to Windows during sections where there's water in the races.

Played this heaps growing up so 8 or so years later, I thought I'd grab it while it's on sale to see if it still holds up, It does.

This game is probably my favorite racing game to date and yes I could just be blinded by nostalgia but even if you have never played this game before, It's definitely worth picking up, game is packed with content and is very fun with friends.

The game is incredibly fun, my only frustration is that it is hard to optimize on a modern gaming rig to make it work smoothly, which is sad. I tried but gave up...
